“John and Scott arrived early and went right to work. They were professional, respectful, and explained what they were doing and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I had to leave shortly before they completed their work. When I returned home, everything was put back in place and left clean. However, instead of leaving the thermostat on heat since it was January, it was on cool. I’m guessing they switched it to test everything out and forgot to switch it back. Fortunately it hadn’t been on cool very long. I would highly recommend both John and Scott and Western Heating and AC.”
