“I can’t recommend Western Heating and Air enough. After getting an outrageous quote from Perfect Plumbing, I called Western for a free second opinion. I even went a step further and got a third opinion, and Western’s quote was within $10 of the other company’s estimate. Both quotes were less than half of what Perfect Plumbing wanted to charge me.
The Western technician, Kaleb, quickly diagnosed and repaired the leak in my high-pressure AC line, and I was back up and cool again within just a few hours.
What impressed me the most was their honesty. My final bill actually came in $400 less than the original quote. They easily could have kept quiet about that and I never would have known, but instead they were upfront and honest. That level of integrity is rare these days.
