“Our system was 14 years old, had recent a problem with the AC. Dennis was the project manager–he went over in detail the options to replace the furnace and AC. I reviewed the quote, looked online to get an idea of what the cost should be, and his numbers were confirmed as accurate. Install was yesterday by Mario and his partner (sorry, I don't remeber his name, but Mario said he was very good and quick). Arrived right on time, finished about an hour earlier than they expected. Did a great job, nice install, cleaned up nicely. Inspector just came and signed off on the job.
In addition, got an email this morning from Western with the Intermountain rebate form filled out to file. A very pleasant surprise that I was not expecting.
