“Dustin arrived on time with excellent prior communication. Both he and his assistant were clean, alert and wearing branded shirts with company logo, I appreciate not having sub-contractors of unknown origin sent to my home. The removal of the previous system which included the a/c unit and the furnace was completed without event as was the new equipment installation. Courteous and diligently Dustin's team were in and out in less than half a day and the house was frost cold again by near mid day. The salesman of course did his part to explain the process, work the numbers for me and was prompt to his appointment. Clean cut and wearing branded logo shirts of a professional style the salesman exuded confidence to allow me to complete this expensive (however much cheaper than disappointment) process with Western Heating & Air with confidence.”

“Charity was super awesome! Extremely professional and knew what she was doing. My issue was that her supervisors did not prepare her for the call. They did not pass on to her how many heads/mini splits were in the home and was not prepared to support (including a simple ladder)? This is mind blowing, because Western Heating and Air installed these as a new construction 2 years ago. Again, charity was amazing and rate her 5 STARS.. especially having to deal with a communication failure from her leadership that put her in a bad situation. Help your people out!”
