“Rolando was very professional. He knew all the things to look for and found a hole in the ductwork that has probably been there for a number of years. When the installation was completed last year those techs did not find the hole and it was only inches from where they were working. He left information on the furnace about the system parameters so future techs could compare to see if the furnace is working as well in the future. He was also very upbeat and a joy to be around. Send him back for future services.”
