“We have always been pleased with Bob Reagan as our technician. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We were, however, disappointed to hear about the heat exchanger going out in our unit after less than 9 years. We certainly were not expecting that kind of an expense. Bob was very professional when telling us about the problem and costs involved. We understand that shipping issues have come up this past year or two, but we are confident that Western will get the heat exchanger replaced as soon as possible, as two weeks is a long time to be without heat.”
