“Bob is always great. Friendly and informative. We had critical A/C issue 6 months ago. We bought the Blue Ribbon maintenance program. Bob, came out and fixed our A/C unit, then followed up the last 6 months with both A/C maintenance and furnace maintenance. IF we would've been signed up for Blue Ribbon a long time ago, I have no doubt Bob would've prevented our A/C issue this summer.”
