“Ken went above and beyond in showing me and explaining all of the steps he took to troubleshoot and diagnose that the capacitor was bad on my AC unit. He replaced it, lightly pressure washed the unit, did a really quick inspection (lookover) of the furnace and found disconnected wires that controls the safety shutoff to the furnace when the drain line is filled with water and reconnected them. When he changed the filter in the furnace, he recognized that a standard 4" filter could not be installed because some metal flaps were hanging down, so he simply snipped them and bent them up so that a correct 4" filter could be installed instead of the flimsy 1" filter that was in there. He stayed until temperature readings were well within the required specifications. I am beyond impressed and extremely grateful for his king, genuine, and professional service. As a Realtor of 16 years, I will be specifically requesting Ken for all of my future real estate needs and will also be recommending Ken to all of my clients.”

“Western LIESSSSS!!! Louis came from Western heating and air and said that my capacitor was good but that the compressor needed replaced. Said the unit was too old to replace the compressor on. Okay fine. Said the whole unit needs replaced. Western comes back the next day and quotes me $7,200 to replace everything. Hour later Bauer comes and looks, they say the capacitor is bad, (opposite of what western told me) and the compressor is fine(opposite of what western said). Bauer replaced the capacitor in 5 mins and AC fires right up! Right now I am sitting in a cool house out a few hundred dollars, instead of waiting a week in 100°+ weather for western to charge me $7200 for unnecessary replacements. 1000% recommend Bauer, thanks Dave and Vinney!”
