“Joe and Travis called ahead to let us know that they were on their way. They arrived on time and immediately introduced themselves. They told us what their plan was to install our replacement HVAC system. They both were very knowledgeable, polite and professional throughout the installation. They welcomed any questions and provided answers that were understandable. While they worked they kept us informed as they progressed through their tasks. As they neared completing the installation, Joe provided us instructions on how to run the systems, showed us how to program the thermostats and gave us understandable information on the features of the system. While Joe was providing instructions to us, Travis was testing the system and cleaning up after the install. Before they left, they made sure all of our questions were answered and gave us information on who to call if we did have any more questions. A sincere thank you to both Joe and Travis for great customer service and to Sam J for his Project Management and follow through! Great job, gentlemen! After trying to get information about replacement furnace filters (couldn't find anyone to talk to me at various companies), I lucked out at finding "Michael" at Western Heating. He actually made time to give me phone advice on future filters to buy, type of filters and suggested replacement schedule. He taught me the meaning of "Merv 8", which I'd never heard of. Kind, not rushed, very respectful – and I knew little before we talked. Thank you, Michael. I have the new replacement in place. Now I'm sure when it is replaced, which way the 'arrow' should point. I was fortunate I had done it correctly! I told him and I mean it – that Western Heating has my future business.
