“Ken Harman was very personable and listened to our concerns about how the AC was performing on Tuesday afternoon/evening. He explained that our AC is a very old unit and the coolant for it is no longer available, if that was what it needed. He did some tests and determined that it was operating properly and thought that most likely the Idaho Power Cool Credit device on our system had shut the AC's cool air off the evening we noticed it was not blowing cool air. He was knowledgeable about our old unit even though it was probably older than he was, so you educate your technicians well. Overall, a great experience and we felt 97% confident that he diagnosed the problem correctly, knowing that our AC unit probably needs to be replaced in the near future. Because we are going to be gone for a week, we thought we should have it checked out and now feel more confident that our house will be able to maintain a 83-85 degree inside while we are gone.”
