They replaced our Main floor Heating and air. Their work ethic is excellent. Their manners and care for the customer are above average. Be good to these young men they are an example for others.

“We've been customers for about 30 years (on our third house with them now). They have never disappointed. Yesterday we were scheduled for a Spring maintenance on our AC system. However, we woke up to no hot water! Johnny determined that the water heater was "dead" (our words not his.) He went to work, talking to the office to see if they could get a new water heater installed that day. He was so professional and friendly. Long story short – Johnny got the new one installed and we woke up to hot water this morning! Thank you Western Heating!”

“Very impressed with these 2 young men installers (Brody B & Brennan) that Western HVAC sent over to install our new system ! Very obvious they have experience, customer service skills, integrity, a strong work ethic, and take pride in their work. They arrived on time & went to work as soon as they got here installing our new Carrier HVAC system. They worked hard all day & not sure that they even took a lunch break and also made sure they also cleaned up before they left.
Personable, professional & also took time to explain what they had done & open to our questions.
Western should be very proud of them and consider using them as role models to train new employees before they go out into the field to wok with new customers.”
