“This was a furnace checkup that was part of my service agreement. He found an issue where a seal had failed and moisture was causing some rust. He didn't have the parts on his van so he had them delivered to his next appointment and then came and did the repairs. He was very friendly and I'm glad he was able to make the repairs the same day.”

“Russ did the maintenance on the furnace and changed needed filters. He found that the humidifier had been turned off, and started it. I had not realized it was off. I was sure the thermostat said it was on. Now I know why setting it at 45% still was too dry. When the cost of the platinum service had skyrocketed, Russ called to see if it was an error. As you know it wasn't, but I appreciate his dillegence.”
