“Josh was able to quickly identify the control board issue and gave an approximate time to get the new part. He returned a few minutes later advising the part was local and could be available later in the afternoon. He returned before the part could be delivered and started removing the old board. When the part arrived, it was a bit different in size and layout, but he skillfully installed it and the unit ran fine. He was very personable and professional, explaining what was going on and pointing out some potential future issues. If he is an example of all your employees, you have a great team!”
