“The service technician Michael Lotts performed a gas furnace yearly service. We discussed the age and condition of the gas electric water heater and I decided to replace the water heater. Michael was able to install a replacement Rheem gas water heater the same day as the furnace service. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole replacement process. Michael followed through on getting the new installation scheduled for inspection by the City. Overall a very good experience.”

“Mike gave my 20-plus year old heating unit a thorough and much needed cleaning. He took pictures of the inners and found rust in heat exchanger area and lots of oil leaking from the motor. He ran a test that shows it was leaking co2 through my home vents, which my detectors didn't warn me about. I truly appreciate his thoroughness and have ordered an entirely new unit be installed at Western's reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company and their technicians.”
