“I love the Blue Ribbon service agreement.. I purchased my house in 2010 without any idea of the service history on the unit, so in 2016 I had Western replace my AC unit & in 2019 my Furnace & Hot Water Heater.. Since then i've kept a maintance program on them & they work great.. I do wish i didnt have to call & remind the office to schedulde & renew my program ( you would think they would want my money) .. but once I got a hold of a associate I was able to get on the schedule & louis did an awesome job, well trained & a pleasure to work with. I will continue to use WHAC.”
