“It was so nice to see Louis again.
He has been to our home before. Today he came out with a nice young man. I believe his name was Brock and both of those boys were so kind and knowledgeable.
And even though we live on a farm and I’ve told him it’s OK not to worry about wearing booties over their shoes they were coming in the back door because that’s where you’ve gotta work on the system.
They still put on booties.😉 he was so funny. They said, Well we were trained to put on our booties so that way if my boss calls, you can tell him I did OK. 👍
Our new system is working great and I’ll tell you straight up that has really saved us a lot of money this last year since we had it installed at the beginning of summer and then we had that terrible heat wave
Well I guess it wasn’t really terrible we farm so the weather doesn’t really bother us much
But we have been with Western Heating And Air for many years and we will continue to do so.
Great company nice people.
The people who answer the phone are just as nice as well and we’re able to schedule appointments in a timely manner
or if we need help with anything. They are able to get a hold of somebody to come out and help us even after hours.

“Our heating system failed early on Christmas morning. We requested service and were amazed that Demetrius responded within 2 or 3 hours. Despite being called out on Christmas morning, he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and completed the repair in less than an hour. We could not ask for better service from a company or its representative.”

“Evan came out to perform the yearly maintenance service for us and explained about the pin holes in the heat exchangers and showed us the pictures he took. Later Mike Casper came out and explained the cost factors to replace parts vs new furnace. We chose replacement. Shannon in the office made the arrangements for technicians to come out on Christmas Eve morning to do the replacement. Mike showed up first and answered any questions we had and waited for Travis Whiting and Brody to come with the new furnace. Travis and Brody were very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly and worked great as a team. They made sure the CO detectors were placed properly in the home and that the furnace and air conditioner worked properly. They cleaned up and took the old furnace/parts with them when they left. We are so pleased with the technicians and all personnel at Western who have been so helpful!!”
