“I really did not know exactly what to expect when having my air ducts cleaned, as a couple of friends had shared their horror stories with me. One of those friends said next time she would go with Western, Jim's, or Capital City. I called all three, and it was Chris from Western who was the most reassuring and helpful. He explained Western's process to me, and said that he would schedule me with Scott since I had just had extensive foundation work done which involved a lot of concrete dust when my patio had to be taken out. Chris also made arrangements to move me up a week on the schedule, as it had recently turned cold and I did not want to use my HVAC system until the ducts could be cleaned.
As it turned out, I had nothing to fear– Scott was the best!! Scott's expertise truly shined! He was so careful and precise throughout the entire process. Scott was the perfect technician, explaining every step of the process to me in a manner that was easily understood. I am very particular about my home, and I truly appreciate the care that Scott took as he went throughout my house. When I mentioned something to that effect, Scott stated that he treats a customer's home as if it was his own. That is commendable!
The whole process was minimally invasive, and now I have peace of mind knowing that my air ducts are clean. I definitely will highly recommend Scott and Western Heating and Air Conditioning to my friends and neighbors. Thank you for a job well done!
