Josh helped set up the new thermostat and answered all of my questions. When the work was finished, they cleaned up well and then showed me everything and answered all questions before they left. The furnace is working great (and quietly), and I'm looking forward to the new AC in the summer! Note: the inspector was 100% happy with the installation, and made nice comments about the consistent good quality of Western's work!”
