“I had a noon to 4 pm window today for Donald to come out and service our gas furnace for the winter. He called around 1:30 and arrived around 1:40 and was finished by 2:05. He cleaned and inspected all the components and discovered that there was a minor water leak. But he quickly found the reason. One of the clasps needed to be tightened and then everything was operating excellently. He saved us a lot of hassles, seeing as we will have a home inspection in a few days. We sold our house and doing our usual fall service with Western Heating and Air more than paid for itself!”
