“Travis and Theron were here as promised first thing in the morning. Introduced themselves and got busy replacing our 30 yr old furnace in the crawl space. They went about their business efficiently, explained what they were doing when needed. When they came into the house they put their blue shoe covers on so they didn't track in snow and mud from going in and out of the crawl space. When they finished the install around 2:30, they came in and tested everything. Theron even helped me program the new thermostat which was very complicated (at least for me). We felt confident through the whole experience that they knew what they were doing – a great team.”
