“Our aging hot water system began dripping water on Saturday. We called immediately and received service from Kevin Abbot who serves on weekends. We received his service recommending a replacement, and we felt that was wise since he pointed out other symptoms that would later cause problems. He spent time selecting a new model and gave us an initial price for a good hot water system. On Monday we received a call and asked what our decision would be, to fix or replace. I explained we continued to favor a replacement and an appointment was set up for early Monday as the work would require some time.

Early Monday, Clayton Waner arrived at our home. I explained the problem, and he examined what he had to accomplish in our 17-year-old system. He completely made sure to replace the water control which was hard to turn, but he succeeded and had to replace those parts. He did good work removing the old system. He then called in to have them deliver the new one. He kept careful records of everything needing work for it to fit properly while he waited for the new system. Once it arrived, he had to make many changes so it would fit properly as it needed to be lowered, and all the pipes and connections had to be done well. When he finished, he tested every facet of the house, every connection, and a description of how to work with the adjustments that may be necessary. The final step was to have him add up the costs, and I signed two forms and paid him with my credit card.”
