“Michael called To let me know he was on the way to preform the service on our AC. He showed on time, introduced him self and went to work, allowing me to watch if I wanted. He was properly attired in Western company clothes and did the service with no problems, explaining as he went. After completing the service he asked if there was any problems or concerns. We would have him back for service with no concerns.”
