“I'm an 80-year old widow. After trying to get information about replacement furnace filters (couldn't find anyone to talk to me at various companies), I lucked out at finding "Michael" at Western Heating. He actually made time to give me phone advice on future filters to buy, type of filters and suggested replacement schedule. He taught me the meaning of "Merv 8", which I'd never heard of. Kind, not rushed, very respectful – and I knew little before we talked. Thank you, Michael. I have the new replacement in place. Now I'm sure when it is replaced, which way the 'arrow' should point. I was fortunate I had done it correctly! I told him and I mean it – that Western Heating has my future business. If they have time to talk on the phone, the company will treat me exactly the same when in my home. Kindness goes a long way, and Michael went the mile for me. Thank him for me!”
