Beyond their expertise, their friendly and conscientious approach set a perfect example of what true professionalism and customer service should look like. Thank you to Western Heating & Air, and specifically to Ryan, Andrew, and Joshua, for giving my family peace of mind knowing our electrical needs and safety are fully taken care of.”

“Kaleb is an excellent technician. Knowledgeable, informative, prompt. He was able to explain all aspects of my HVAC equipment. Kaleb diagnosed a problem with my water softener. And he was right on target with finding a problem that I didn't realize was related to the water softener. He came to do bi-annual maintenance and was also able to have a new water softener delivered the same day. Exceptional service. Nice guy! Please keep Kaleb on my account.”

“Spencer was extremely thorough, explained what he did, showed me photos he took of what needs to be done and offered recommendations. I would highly recommend his service to others. After Western performs my duct cleaning I would prefer to have Spencer return to clean the motor and fan.”

“Regular check ups every six months for years has really helped extend the life of our air conditioner and our furnace. Several neighbors in this neighborhood that moved in after we did in this new build subdivision in 2010 have already replaced their furnaces. Ours is still running strong thank you Western Heating!”
