“The team at Western has been amazing! We have a three-zone system that's 13 years old. Michael came out first and diagnosed a number of the problems we were having with the dampers (we weren't getting any airflow to the second floor). Ken and Clayton followed up with the installation of the replacement dampers. They even did some additional maintenance on the water heater. They were very helpful and explained everything in clear detail. The kind of service I received is what makes me stay with Western. My 13-year-old system is performing better than ever.
