“BOTH JOHN AND SCOTT WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGABLE IN THE REMOVAL OF AN OLD HVAC SYSTEM AND THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW UPDATED CARRIER INTEGRITY HVAC SYSTEM. THEY ALSO INSTALLED A DUCTLESS CARRIER HVAC SYSTEM INTO THE GARAGE AS WELL. UPON INSPECTION OF ALL THE PARTS, THEY NOTICED THAT A MAJOR PART, "THE COIL" WAS DAMAGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE LOGISTICAL STAFF QUICKLY RESPONDED WITH A NEW PART. THAT PART AND ADDITIONAL FABRICATED PARTS NEEDED TO CUSTOM FIT THE UNIT WAS ALSO DELIVERED FOR INSTALLATION. JOB TOOK ONE DAY WITH A FEW HOURS OF A SECOND TO COMPLETE THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION. BOTH ARRIVED ON TIME AND EVERY MINUTE SAW THE TWO OF THEM COMPLETING A TASK TO COMPLETE THE JOB. BOTH ARE AN ASSETT TO THE COMPANY.”

That company even came back to try to fix how noisy it became after their technician worked on it. Our unit is older and I thought it was just the way it was now, but after Demetrios was finished I went out and couldn’t believe how quiet it was again!!!! Thank you so much!”

“Brett was very professional and provided excellent communication of the repair situation where an electrical board had failed on outside AC unit. Unfortunately, this electrical board was not stocked locally and needed to be ordered outside the Boise area. We have been 6 days with AC in 95F+ heat conditions. Family is not happy right now. Repair service is great. The execution on delivering part in timely manner – not so good. Hopefully, will get part soon before the family has a melt down.”
