“Tracy performed our annual Blue Ribbon service on our 13-year-old air conditioner. He found that the capacitor mfd reading was out of tolerance as well as the condenser fan motor needed replacing. He performed the necessary work very efficiently, keeping me informed about the time and cost involved. Without a doubt, Tracy is a very professional and proficient service technician, and I intend to request him to service our furnace when required in the Fall.”

“I was fit in by the service manager, Titan, during hot times when service demand was high.
Louis arrived and installed a new thermostat for our ac unit. The job was completed and the ac unit can now be controlled remotely.
Big deal for us in this, our ABNB.
The real fun part was the customer service. Titan was a total 10. He was professional, did lots of research and was the first step in the solution.
Louis, our tech, came in to the house, interacted with our young grandchildren and the dogs and made the process fun for us all.
We will be using the company from now on.”
