I got an email stating that the technician Frank was on his way. Frank was thorough and efficient, he explained everything to us and was able to diagnose and repair the issue rather quickly. After the service we got an email explaining everything that was done along with photos. I would definitely recommend and use Western Heating & Air Conditioning again.”
