Our air conditioner at our rental went out when the temperatures was in the high 90's and needed replaced as quickly as possible. The whole team was great including: Technician Donald Smith who diagnosed the issue, Project Manager Jason Guinn, who determined what we needed and the cost, and Technician Scott Gray who did the install. I especially appreciated Jason who seemed to go the extra mile when we asked to have it installed as soon as possible. He immediately called and got us scheduled for the very next morning and told us it would all be installed in one day, and it was. We highly recommend them if your looking for a company that completed our job in a very professional and timely matter.”

“We have had a problem with our 17-year-old A/C unit coils freezing up on and off over the past two summers- Doug checked out our system and found what the issue was and made the necessary repairs. Very thorough and efficient. We have had other companies out to troubleshoot the system over the years, but I feel confident that Doug with Western diagnosed the real problem and made the correct fix. We are back up and running until we decide to replace the unit entirely. We will use Western in the future.”
