I so appreciated my initial conversation with Sarah, then Tina, then Chris, who all gave me the info and peace of mind I needed to make the job happen!
When Theron and David arrived to install the water heater, they were pleasant, efficient and didn't leave a speck of trash anywhere in my garage!
My new water heater looks great, works great and, with any luck, will last as long as my old one of 23 years!

“Soon after moving to Boise, almost 11 years ago, after doing research we decided on Western Heating & Air. A decision we have been happy with. First thing we had WH&A do was to install 2 Mini-Split Air Conditioning/Heating units. The next year we added a larger one in our dining room and then another one in the detached studio. Then several years ago it was time to replace our inefficient furnace. We have used WH&A exclusively for all of our service needs with these units. They are knowledgeable, dependable and honest.
