“After using Western Heating and Air Conditioning for our furnace and air conditioning units for many years, we found that they also do air duct cleaning. We had Western Heating & Air Conditioning's technicians come to our home. They cleaned our air ducts and our dryer vent (which exits onto the roof). Prior to coming both services were quoted and agreed upon. We thank these two technicians for being informative, thorough, professional and personable. We will not hesitate to have Western come clean the outside dryer duct or even the air ducts again. We will also continue using their Blue Ribbon service for the Furnace and Air Conditioner.”

“The entire process for purchasing two new HVAC systems for my house was very smooth. It started with the expert help I needed from Jason to select the right components for my home and quoting what I really needed and not extra fluff that I did not need. This process led to the installation which was very efficient and impressive. We had two teams of installers working for seven hours to remove and replace both HVAC systems and install new ones. The installers were polite, professional and very informative at the completion of the installation. At the end of the installation, they did a thorough cleanup and provided detailed information concerning the operations of my new HVAC systems.
