Then he serviced our mini-split and heat pump for the garage. He accomplished all of this in a relatively short period of time. Kaiden was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service and he saved us some expense by signing us up for the maintenance program.”

“We had a technician come out and repair our less than 2 year old air conditioner. In less than two years our brand new air conditioner compressor broke, the technician came out and spent 6 hours replacing it stating to us he was done and "we are up and cooling". I turn it on, nothing happens, it's still broken. I call dispatch, and they tell me that they installed a broken air compressor, it was broken straight out of the box and that "it's really rare". So now they have installed TWO broken air compressors in less than two years. I have paid over $1,900 in 3 days and still have no air conditioner. Completely unacceptable, and dispatch is now not responding unless I call them first. If I could negative stars, they would get 5.”
