“We needed a GFCI receptacle replaced in the kitchen due to overheating and frequent tripping of the breaker. Two other receptacles were replaced as well and a fourth one was installed where there was just a face plate with wiring before.
The work was done professionally and promptly.
We also received advice on replacement of the outdated breaker panel, something we had considered before. We requested an estimate and decided to schedule installation of a new 200 amp panel.
Jeff was very helpful with suggestions on how we could fit the new panel and assured us that he would take care of the whole process.
All in all we are very satisfied with the work done and look forward to our new breaker panel.”

“Alex showed up first thing after 8AM to do a standard service on our A/C unit; we had requested an early appointment and received email and text to verify service and that Alex was en-route. Coincidentally, our 6+ year old unit had just stopped with the cold air, but still ran normally. Within minutes, Alex told us what the easily fixable problem was and that he had a replacement part with him. All the work done was fast and clean, and Alex provided a review, with an electronic copy, of his service and inspection. As with our first experience with Western doing a fast and efficient response to our heating issue 6 months ago, we are very pleased by the company's personnel and professional, yet friendly manner.
