“We are extremely grateful to Dustin and Kaleb for going over and beyond to work on our furnace. Dustin graciously came over on a Sunday morning to evaluate the problem. He know right away what the issue was and the part needed to repair the furnace. Because he couldn't get the part until Monday morning, he showed us what to do to stay warm, since to furnace could only be used intermittently. He was a life saver, especially because my husband had pneumonia! Dustin and Kaleb came back on Monday and worked hard to make a new part and repair the furnace! “Donald was not only on time, completing the servicing on my HVAC in a timely manner, he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also discovered an issue with the blower motor, called to make sure the motor was in stock, came back the next day and installed the unit.
