After installing our two new HVAC systems, Western returned the following day to complete the duct cleaning. Chaston and Andrew did an outstanding job. They were extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the entire process from start to finish. It was clear they cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done.
They worked diligently throughout the day, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean when they were finished. They also took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were comfortable with the work being performed.
What has stood out most throughout this entire project is the consistency of Western's team. From Jason during the consultation process, to Travis, Max, and Jarod on the installation, and now Chaston and Andrew completing the duct cleaning, every employee we've worked with has been knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing a great customer experience.
