“Johnny and his partner did a wonderful job at out home. Maintenance was performed by his partner with checkins by Johnny. Johnny helped us make the decision to add an Ecobee thermostat. Was done quickly and his explanation as to how to operate it was clear and thorough. He was easy to talk with and even welcomed over excitement from our dog. It was a good chunk of change put out at holiday time but we are really enjoying its simplicity. Thank you to both technicians.”

“Russ called ahead to let me know that he was headed to my home and sent a text with his picture (a policy that I like as it makes it more comfortable to allow a stranger into you home when you know who to expect) He arrived on schedule, was friendly and polite and worked quickly to provide the yearly maintenance to my gas furnace. He replaced the filter at my request. I have always been more than satisfied with the service that I receive from Western Heating and Air and this was certainly true for this visit.”

“It was so nice to see Louis again.
He has been to our home before. Today he came out with a nice young man. I believe his name was Brock and both of those boys were so kind and knowledgeable.
And even though we live on a farm and I’ve told him it’s OK not to worry about wearing booties over their shoes they were coming in the back door because that’s where you’ve gotta work on the system.
They still put on booties.😉 he was so funny. They said, Well we were trained to put on our booties so that way if my boss calls, you can tell him I did OK. 👍
Our new system is working great and I’ll tell you straight up that has really saved us a lot of money this last year since we had it installed at the beginning of summer and then we had that terrible heat wave
Well I guess it wasn’t really terrible we farm so the weather doesn’t really bother us much
But we have been with Western Heating And Air for many years and we will continue to do so.
Great company nice people.
The people who answer the phone are just as nice as well and we’re able to schedule appointments in a timely manner
or if we need help with anything. They are able to get a hold of somebody to come out and help us even after hours.
Looking forward to a good year next year as well”

Despite being called out on Christmas morning, he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and completed the repair in less than an hour. We could not ask for better service from a company or its representative.”
