“Scheduled an appointment to have furnaces and AC maintained (for the first time since we bought our house). Speedy, outstanding service. They were able to come out the same day I called. Kevin S did an excellent job servicing our furnace and AC. He even spent time troubleshooting a condensate drain that wasn’t draining properly, including crawling through the crawl space with me to identify the problem. It turned out to be a plumbing issue but he helped clean it and get things working again. I would recommend Western anytime.”

“Kevin was great! First of all he helped me dig through my hoarding tendencies to the furnace. He then expertly completed his inspection even after almost succumbing to the sight of my air filter. *I feel sheepish* He was also able to give me pointers on filter maintenace in regards to my herd of four legged children. And he let me know that blue ribbon members *such as myself* are given priority on emergency maintence requests should I experience a serious issue with the unit.
