Heat Pump Maintenance in Emmett, ID, 83617

“Our heat pump had a thick layer of frost that formed over the past week. During previous winter months the heat pump did its cycle and the frost/ice melted. We called Western for maintenance check. Trey did an excellent job for us. He checked the inside filter, set the thermostat to run a test with the heat pump and checked the inside vent temperature. Outside he checked the heat pump, took photos to show us and when finished he explained why the build up did not melt and what we can do if it happens again. Trey is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Western, for investing in and valuing your employees like Trey. We appreciate the professional and quality service that you and your employees like Trey continue to provide us.”

“Demetrios has a "can do" attitude. Not only he did an excellent job servicing our two gas furnaces, he also helped resolve an issue with one of our water heaters (within 10 min. of his arrival!!!). It was great to get reliable hot water back, especially in December! We appreciated the fact that Demetrios was professional and personable, he provided explanations and detailed information during different steps of the service/repairs. He was respectful of our home, and made sure the work area was clean after the service. He is a friendly, optimistic person; it was a pleasure to meet Demetrios.
