“Met with Sam J who is the project manager on Monday the 5th he furnished us with a price estimate after deciding which system would work best for us on the morning of the 6th. We were looking to replace an existing furnace and A/C with something much quieter and that is exactly what we got. The install was scheduled for Thursday the 8th. Thursday morning Tommy, Braeden and Sam showed up and after Sam furnished the install men their breakfast, the install began. Nice touch from the project manager. Everything was explained to me as they installed the new equipment including the Ecobee5 thermostat which was included in the package price. We picked the Carrier 80% efficiency furnace and the 3 1/2 ton SEER 13 air conditioner. All 3 of them were telling me how quiet the A/C is and it was even quieter than they said. We also opted to have the Phenomenal Aire ion generator installed in the system as well. If you want to find out about this component call Sam Jacobs at Western. You will find it to be an interesting and beneficial component to your system. After the install and the system pressures were set they finalized the system. We have been enjoying the new furnace the past few days and love it. You do not feel the air moving around like we did with the old system nor does it ‘cook’ you out when it is heating. This new system maintains the house temperature at a much noticeable level than the 17 year old system it replaced. We can hardly wait to use the new A/C which our next door neighbors won’t even hear. Technology in the HVAC market has advanced a lot since our existing system was installed. We have been doing business with Western Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 7 years with utilizing their Blue Ribbon preventative maintenance service which is well worth the cost per year. We had no issue with entrusting them to install our new Carrier system. Tommy and Braeden did a thorough clean up when they were finished. They were both very professional and very pleasant as they installed the system. Thank you Western HVAC!”
