“Our Daikin mini-split quit working a month ago. The first tech we called came out and told us he found and repaired a Freon leak, charged us $400. A week later, the system quit working again. He came back and “repaired” it again, only to have it quit working after another week. We tried another company after that, and the tech came out and mumbled something about valves and left saying he would send an estimate. We never heard from him again. Out of desperation, we started looking online and noticed your company serviced mini-splits, so we gave you a call. Your tech Nolan was fantastic. Our experience with him was so different than with the other company’s techs. He quickly identified the problem, gave us an estimate, and then got to work doing the repair. I hope you are paying this guy well, because he is an amazing representative of your company. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and he has got an authentic, uplifting vibe about him that made us feel happy to have him in our home servicing our system. If I were you, I’d give him a raise, as he is the kind of person who will end up bringing in a lot of business into your company. Take us as an example: We will never call another company for servicing our system. If we have any issues in the future, we will be calling you and requesting Nolan. Also, we will recommend Western to all our friends for servicing HVAC issues. And you’ve got Nolan to thank for that.”
