“A day after having a new A/C installed, the system stopped pushing cold air. So we called Western and Doug Harman came to check things out. I was immediately impressed as he methodically went through his mental checklist to diagnose the problem. After some time he determined that the new compressor and coil were working properly, but the furnace unit wasn’t pushing air. It was a puzzle until he visually inspected the blower fan and determined the fan was turning in the wrong direction which caused the coil to freeze due to lack of air movement. Knowing then what was needed, Doug returned the next day with the correct motor. Once installed, the system came on and the difference was immediate. Everything worked! I want to commend Doug for his trouble shooting ability, knowledge and professionalism. Highy recommended!”

Luckily we had our Maintenance Agreement with Western Heating & Air Conditions!
We called that evening expecting service in a day or two, but Western surprised us!
“Doug” showed up that night and replaced a failed capacitor! The A/C was running again and we are thankful!
