“A/C was not working after returning from vacation. Called Western on Monday 6/21/2021 and was told they could be out on Wednesday 6/23/2021. Being a Blue Ribbon customer they said that I would be put on the expedited list. Monday afternoon I received a call back that a tech would be out on Tuesday 6/22/2021. Tuesday Morning at 8:00 AM sharp I received a call from Nick Ingham that he would be at my house in about a half hour if that was okay with me. In approximately a half hour Nick was at my front door. He was wearing a mask and when he came into the house he put on booties to protect my floors. Nick was very professional in explaining what he was going to do and how much the cost was going to be. He found the problem to be lack of coolant and he performed leak checks of all the brazed joints both at the compressor as well as at the heater unit. I would strongly recommend Western Heating and Air as well as Nick for your A/C work.”
