“Bob came out to investigate a fan motor failure. He gave me the option to try to find a replacement for the 33 year old motor, but recommended that the whole unit really needed replaced, and showed me pitting in the combustion chamber that would likely lead to C02 and other gases escaping into the system. Bob is courteous and easy going and professional, and I appreciate that he pointed out a potential hazard before it became a bigger problem. He also like dogs which is a big plus at my house.”
