“Demetrios has a "can do" attitude. Not only he did an excellent job servicing our two gas furnaces, he also helped resolve an issue with one of our water heaters (within 10 min. of his arrival!!!). It was great to get reliable hot water back, especially in December! We appreciated the fact that Demetrios was professional and personable, he provided explanations and detailed information during different steps of the service/repairs. He was respectful of our home, and made sure the work area was clean after the service. He is a friendly, optimistic person; it was a pleasure to meet Demetrios. She came back with Doug and together they replaced the controller and left the damper open so the heater wouldn't overheat until a new damper is installed. Doug and Charity worked well together.”

“Woke up to no heat this morning so I got online to scope out HVAC companies and found Western. Scheduled the appt online for the block of 8am-12pm same day. Josh showed up at 845am, was super friendly, did a very thorough diagnostic check, explained what was happening and fixed the problem. He was also was understanding of my dog that is afraid of loud noises and gave me a warning so I could avoid any issues with that. I appreciate you guys getting this resolved so quickly!!”

“Had my yearly heater maintenance done today by Gilbert Arellano. He called me when he was 20 minutes from the house to let me know he was on the way. Upon his arrival we talked about what he was going to do. Gilbert was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable. We discussed filter thickness and how often to change the filter. After he completed his work he showed me pictures inside the furnace and told me that a capacitor was borderline on it's reading. Being proactive we decided on changing it out rather than waiting for it to fail. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!”
