“Russ did the maintenance on the furnace and changed needed filters. He found that the humidifier had been turned off, and started it. I had not realized it was off. I was sure the thermostat said it was on. Now I know why setting it at 45% still was too dry. When the cost of the platinum service had skyrocketed, Russ called to see if it was an error. As you know it wasn't, but I appreciate his dillegence.”

Clayton was so knowledgeable and taught my husband and me so much about the steam humidifier system and our new Ebobee Thermostat. Clayton told us about the Phenomenal Aire system and we decided to put one in. Clayton came and installed it today and we can't wait to see the benefits of this air system.
