“My furnace would not ignite so I called Western Heating for a technician to come look at it. I have never used Western for any HVAC work but I knew right from the start that they are experts at what they do. Micah answered the phone and set up an appt. for me and when I also inquired about duct cleaning, she transferred my call to Tori who set up a duct cleaning appt. for me right away. In 24 hrs. I got a call from Tracy the technician telling me he was on his way to my house. Meanwhile, I received cell phone texts from each person I talked to at Western, reminding me of my appointments. These people are really on the ball! Tracy, my technician, was the star of the show! He has 18 years experience in HVAC work, he is a Native from Idaho, and he was a pleasure to speak with about my heating and air conditioning needs. He quickly diagnosed the problem-worn out gas valve- and a new gas valve was delivered to my house within an hour! He was here for 90 minutes total and he contacted a salesman for me and I made an appt. to get an estimate on a new system to replace my aging furnace and AC unit. All the way around it was excellent customer service, honest information, quality repair, and fair prices. Great job Western Heating!”
