“Dustin F. called ahead and appeared on time. He was friendly but professional, presentable, and his uniform was in order. He explained the service he was going to complete and gave an estimated time of completion. He explained the workings of my furnace, inspected and cleaned it. He checked the floor registers throughout the house to insure proper airflow. Dustin checked the thermostat and master display and changed some settings for me. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment and gave clear, concise explanations. I am very pleased with Dustin and Western. Thank you.”

“I want to let you know how pleased we are with the manners and professional service that Doug Harman performed for
us on our Heating System! We have always been happy with al work done for us before. However, Doug found a leak in
the system and it was caused by a missing clamp and was able to replace it. This clamp could have been missing since the
furnace was installed or not replaced before. Doug also found a hose that was leaking because the hose clamp was broken.
Doug replaced the clamp. Both of the areas had no more leakage. I like to sit out of the way while the work is being performed
and keep out of the way. However, I would like you to know that Doug did a lot more work than I have seen in the past and
I was very impressed and let Doug know and wanted to let you also know. Thank you, Ted Lewis”
