“The experience started with Chris showing up at one of our rentals to give us an estimate on a new HVAC system. He was extremely friendly, confident and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Western after vetting out a couple of other competitors because of their good reviews, the product they carry (Carrier) and reputation. Chris was able to schedule an appointment for us rather quickly because of the upcoming warm weather. Jeremy was the gentleman who installed the new system in our rental. I think he must have had a helper because my tenants told me that “they” were polite, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in the house. They had only good things to say about them. Thank you Western for your great service. Now I know why you get the good reviews that you do.”

“We had a intermittent problem with our system where the fan would stop and restart while the A/C was running. Lloyd came out and in minutes had a list of potential problems established and a plan to solve them. He gave us one thing to try, and when that didn't solve the problem he came back out with parts from the rest of his list and replaced them. I was grateful to have that completed and working a/c before the heat of summer really set into the valley.”

“Tristin was totally awesome. He was extremely considerate and a joy to talk to. He got right on the job and figured how to get it going for a few months. My dog fell in love with him and hated to see him go. He treated me with respect.

I was concerned as a new widow (hubby died on the 23rd) what kind of experience I would have talking to a guy fixing my AC. He explained in technical terms I understood. I know my husband would have been pleased with our interactions.

He was sweet and delightful that I would want him to help me in all future business if possible.”

“Brett has been out to our home a couple times. Recently, our air conditioner was blowing hot air. Brett pin pointed the issue quickly and fixed it. Brett is very knowledgeable, friendly and does excellent work. Brett also, helped with some airflow issues and it was fixed the very next day. We are very happy with Brett and his team.”
