I worked in total with 5 people, from the inbound call specialist who called Connor C. to diagnose the furnace, Jason who explained the science behind the size and need of a new furnace and gave me multiple options for units that would sustain my home, to John and Dakota who removed the old unit and installed the new one. “Doug travelled all the way to donnelly to fix my faulty heat pump. Turned out, the settings were off inside the thermostat, causing the heat pump to shut off. Doug corrected the settings, explained them slowly to me, so I could remember and fix in the future if needed. He waived the service call charge. It was unneeded, but very appreciated. Thank you western!”

“Zach showed up ontime and with a face mask which I really appreciated. Our Gas furnace had not been serviced in a very long time, it is also under the house in the crawl space, not a lot of room to work around. Zach never complained, serviced the furnance and clean our blower motor which I'm guessing was very dirty. The price was what I expected, he didn't try to upgrade which was a pleansant surprise. Overall work was excellant and would recommend Zach and Western Heating.”
