He was thorough, courteous, and explained any questions that we had. When we called to schedule a maintenance appointment, Western Heating was able to get us next day service since they have a technician in the area now! Bob, came out and fixed our A/C unit, then followed up the last 6 months with both A/C maintenance and furnace maintenance. IF we would've been signed up for Blue Ribbon a long time ago, I have no doubt Bob would've prevented our A/C issue this summer.”
