“I called Western Heating and A/C on last Friday as my A/C was on the fritz and the next morning Michael Lott showed up to address my problem. He is very efficient and knowledgeable about the systems, and very patient and helpful answering questions. He quickly isolated the problem and provided the fix that is giving us the air conditioning we need for 100 degree temps currently underway until a more permanent fix can be arranged. Michael is an excellent representative of the company and I would be very pleased to have him service my heating and cooling system from this point forward.”
