“Steven and his partner (I do not remember his name) arrived on time and reviewed the location of all ducts, furnace and crawlspace access with me. I then left for a couple of hours while they completed the work. When I returned they were done and in the process of putting their equipment back in their trailer. They left my home in excellent shape. They even took pictures pictures of how the furniture was arranged so that they could put it back in place after they had completed their work. Since having my ducts cleaned I am no longer sneezing as I have been since the fall when I turned on the furnace. Very pleased with that!”
