“Ken arrived a few minutes after 8 AM this morning and got right to work doing a Blue Ribbon maintenance service on our six-month-old Bryant furnace. I explained a particularly low level (volume) humming/vibration that we have detected and he was able to determine that the furnace did indeed need new bearings (?), which he had sent over. He made the repair while we walked down the bike path to The Griddle for breakfast. He contacted us by phone to tell us the work was completed 30 minutes later and was gone when we returned. Ken is attentive, polite, and a good listener with excellent customer relationship skills. Would be happy to see Ken again when it's time for another one of our checkups!”
