“Jarod and a partner came out on Monday after a cold thanksgiving weekend and installed a new furnace. Spent the weekend using a gas fireplace and 6 space heaters. They braved 18 degree weather which I appreciate. They went over the functions of the new carrier thermostat and how it worked. Even helped trouble shoot registration with carrier as the thermostat needed a software upgrade before I could finish the process. I also want to thank Tina and Shane and the rest of the Western team.”
